TEAAM launches new website

 Mize, MS, November 17, 2008 – TEAAM  -  Together Enhancing Autism Awareness in Mississippi  -  is celebrating the launch of their new website, http://www.teaam.org/.  TEAAM is a non-profit, volunteer organization comprised of parents, family members, educators and service providers interested in the field of Autism.

Dr. Mark Yeager, Executive Director of TEAAM, said the website’s goal is to not only to educate visitors about autism spectrum disorder, but to also act as a resource of support for those individuals and families affected by this devastating neurological, developmental disability.  “We want to provide our community with an up-to-date information source about upcoming events, latest research, and training, plus contact information for our chapters, officers, staff and services.”

U.S. NetworX developed the site.  “We worked to create a design that is attractive and fit the message that is being communicated,” said A.J. McGregor, U.S. NetworX Executive Account Representative. “A few helpful features we included are a Frequently Asked Questions section, a Volunteer sign-up form, and a membership application.”
