New Richland PD Labor Management System

JACKSON, Miss., May 12, 2009 – Richland Police Department and U.S. NetworX today announced the creation of a new searchable online labor management system. The database was developed to track productivity and knowledge of employee trends and payroll patterns. An online requisition system further enhances the department’s ability to monitor inventory requests and usage.“The development of this employee management system provides the opportunity to access information in an easy, informative and convenient format,” said Chief Russel James. “It is another way we can continue to increase our productivity and save money in the department.
